When a payment is returned and when it is not: the fourteen-day guarantee on plans, cancellation, the $2.99 one-time build, and how to ask.

The short version

Plans come with a fourteen-day money-back guarantee, and can be cancelled at any time. The $2.99 one-time website build is non-refundable once your site has been generated. If you paid and got no site, that is not a refund question — write to us and we will fix it or return the money.

Why the $2.99 build is final

It is digital content delivered immediately. Paying starts the generation, the models run, and within minutes the site exists in your account — the thing bought has been supplied in full and the cost of supplying it has been spent.

The price is deliberately small so that trying Casel does not need a refund policy to be a safe decision. What it buys is one build, described on the pricing page before you pay, at a price shown before you pay.

Where the law gives you a right to cancel digital content within a cooling-off period, that right applies and this paragraph does not override it: by starting the build you ask for immediate performance and, in jurisdictions where that waives the withdrawal right for digital content, it does.

When we do return the money

You were charged and no site was generated, and retrying does not fix it.

You were charged twice for the same build, or charged for a build you never asked for.

The site we generated is unusable in a way that is our fault — a broken build rather than a design you would have written differently.

In those cases we refund in full, and we do it without argument. Tell us within thirty days of the charge so the transaction is still straightforward to reverse.

Plans: fourteen days, and cancelling

Starter and Premium carry a fourteen-day money-back guarantee from the first payment of a new subscription. If the plan does not fit how you work, say so within fourteen days and we refund that payment in full.

After that, a plan can be cancelled at any time and the cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid for. We do not refund part-used months, and we do not charge a cancellation fee.

Cancelling does not delete your work. The site stays online at a getcasel.com address, and anything you exported stays yours.

Credits already spent are not refundable, and monthly credits do not carry across a cancellation.

How to ask

Email offstagelabs@gmail.com with the account email address, the Paddle receipt or transaction reference, and one line on what went wrong. No form, no phone queue.

We answer within five working days. Approved refunds are issued by Paddle to the original payment method — banks usually show them within five to ten working days, and Paddle sends its own confirmation.

Chargebacks

If something looks wrong with a charge, write to us before filing a chargeback with your bank. We can usually resolve it the same week, and a chargeback on a build that was delivered costs both sides more than the price of the build.

Accounts with a chargeback on delivered work may be restricted while it is investigated.

Who charged you

Casel is a product of Offstage Labs, an unregistered sole proprietorship based in India. It is the business behind the product — but it is not the party that charges you.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service enquiries and handles returns.

That is why the charge shows Paddle's name on your statement and the receipt arrives from Paddle rather than from us. Refunds are processed through Paddle for the same reason. You can also reach Paddle's own buyer support from the receipt if you would rather go to them directly.

Write to offstagelabs@gmail.com. Include the email address on the account and, for anything to do with a payment, the Paddle receipt or transaction reference — it is the only identifier that ties a charge to a build. We answer within five working days.
